Purchasers that properly return non-sale items are entitled to a reinstatement of Anna points used or a credit issued on the originating credit card less any shipping costs or charges that may apply. The reinstatement of Anna points or credit will be issued 14 to 21 days after the receipt and acceptance of the returned merchandise by the Seller.
